The Song Stuck In My Head Is A Love Song, And What’s More It’s Relevant To My Life.

You may be familiar with Andy Grammer’s song ‘Fine By Me’, the chorus of which is something like this:

‘I’m just saying it’s fine by me/if you never leave/ and we can lay like this forever/ it’s fine by me.’

Love songs have almost never, ever had any bearing or relevance to me ever at all before this. And golly. Boy. Man. (His name is actually Pat.)

This guy that I’m dating! Who would have guessed that I’d like him so much!

I mean, I fully realize it’s unusual for someone to have their first serious relationship post-undergrad. BUT IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME.

Is this thing even serious? WHO CAN TELL.

But friends, I’m nervous that MORE love songs might actually start applying to me.
